How the Custom Design Process Works

Step 1 — Share Your Vision

Start by telling us what you're imagining. Send a sketch, a photo from Pinterest or Instagram, a description in words, or a combination of all three. The more detail you provide, the more accurately we can quote and render your design. There is no “too vague” for our design team — we've worked from inputs ranging from a precise CAD file to “something that looks like moonlight.”

Step 2 — Receive Your 3D Rendering

Within 3–5 business days, our design team sends a computer-rendered 3D preview of your piece from multiple angles. You review the rendering and provide feedback — adjust a dimension, change a setting style, modify the metal, add or remove stones. We iterate until the rendering matches your vision exactly.

Step 3 — Approve and Fabricate

Once you approve the rendering, our NYC craftspeople fabricate your piece. Custom orders typically require 3–4 weeks from design approval to completed piece. You receive progress photos and a final inspection photo before shipping.

Step 4 — Delivery in Our Signature Box

Your custom piece arrives in our signature LWB presentation box with a certificate of authenticity, metal and stone provenance documentation, and our lifetime service commitment.
