Lifetime Warranty
Every piece of jewelry sold by LoveWeddingBands undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before it reaches you. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty — because a wedding ring is meant to last a lifetime, and so is our commitment to you.
- Prong tightening to secure your stones
- Repolishing of rhodium plating
- Replacement of side stones lost due to broken prongs (manufacturing defect only)
- Ring tightening, polishing, and routine cleaning
- Manufacturer defect repairs at no charge
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Specifically, LoveWeddingBands will repair or correct your piece at no charge for:
- Prong tightening to secure loose stones caused by a manufacturing issue
- Repolishing of rhodium plating when loss is due to a manufacturing defect
- Replacement of side stones lost due to broken prongs that are the result of a manufacturing defect
- General ring tightening, polishing, and cleaning services provided free of charge
If you believe a manufacturing defect is present, one of our jewelry specialists will inspect and evaluate your piece. Should the defect be confirmed, all repairs will be completed at no cost to you.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from circumstances outside of a manufacturing defect. The following are explicitly excluded:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by trauma, accidents, or physical impact
- Negligence or improper care
- Lack of regular professional maintenance
- Repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by a third-party jeweler
- Loss or theft of the item
- Loss of the center stone (not covered under any circumstances)
If any alterations have been carried out by a third-party jeweler, or if the ring has been modified in any way outside of our workshop, the Lifetime Warranty is immediately voided for the affected components.
A nominal service fee will be applied to any repair determined to be the result of normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused by a third party. We will always provide a clear cost estimate before any work is carried out.
To keep your ring in pristine condition throughout the years, we recommend:
- Visiting a local jeweler every 6 to 12 months for routine professional cleaning and prong inspection
- Insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, or accidental damage
- Removing your ring during activities that may expose it to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or physical impact
