Our skilled jewelers can personalize most pieces — including adjustments such as changing the number of precious stones, modifying ring width (excluding classic rings), and other bespoke alterations. Please note:

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless LoveWeddingBands has made an error in fulfilling the specifications you provided.
• In the event of a fulfillment error on our part, we reserve the right to correct the piece before issuing a refund.
• To discuss a custom order or request a modification, please call (800) 754-3046 and have your unique item number ready.

All packages shipped from our facility are fully insured until signed for at your delivery address. A valid signature is required for all FedEx shipments to ensure safe and secure delivery.

To keep a gift a surprise, you may ship your order to an address other than your credit card billing address. For security, we recommend notifying your credit card company in advance to authorize the alternate shipping address.

Saturday delivery may be arranged depending on your local FedEx service area. Contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability in your region.

We ship to select international destinations and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge. All other international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority at a flat rate of $90 USD. If your country is not listed in our Shipping Policy, please contact us to discuss options.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
• PayPal (accepted from US and Canadian banks)
• Bank Wire Transfer — customers who pay via bank wire receive a 1.5% discount.

We offer a full 30-day return policy. All items included in your original shipment — including diamond grading certificates, boxes, and any accompanying accessories — must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. Partial returns will result in a replacement fee for missing items. Please refer to our full Return Policy for detailed instructions.

Orders shipped to New York State are subject to applicable New York sales tax in accordance with state law.

Free resizing is available within the first 90 days of the original shipment date. Standard resizing typically takes approximately 4 business days. More complex sizing requests or special requirements may take additional time. Please contact us before submitting your item for resizing if you have specific concerns or deadlines.

LoveWeddingBands offers professional repair services for all items purchased from us, subject to the condition of the piece. Repairs will not be performed on items that have been abused, intentionally damaged, or improperly modified. Please refer to our Lifetime Warranty section for coverage details.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including prong tightening, rhodium repolishing, and side stone replacement due to broken prongs. Normal wear and tear, center stone loss, trauma, negligence, third-party modifications, and theft are not covered. A nominal fee applies to repairs outside the scope of the warranty. All items listed on our website are subject to availability. During peak sales periods, inventory may sell out before our website can be updated. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss alternatives, substitutions, or a full refund.

We make every effort to ensure all prices on our website are accurate and up to date. In the rare event that a pricing or product description error occurs due to a system or data-entry mistake, LoveWeddingBands reserves the right to correct the error, update the listing, and/or cancel affected orders. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the diamond and precious metals markets.

All product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please be aware that your monitor's display settings — including resolution, brightness, and color calibration — may affect how items appear on screen. We recommend zooming in on product images and reading full product descriptions carefully before ordering.
